Kimberly Palmerton

Hi, you can call me Kim. I’ve been working in the insurance industry since 1989, and was happy to join Zinc’s team in 2021. It’s been a source of pride and joy to develop my ability to retain clients through servicing, account reviews, and account rewriting. Over the years I’ve seen plenty of agencies and their business practices, and what sets Zinc apart is that we aren’t just worried about getting a sale. Everyone truly cares about the clients, and I love working for a company–and with coworkers–that share my values. If I’m not helping customers with their insurance needs, you can usually find me enjoying time spent with family and friends.
