Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
ZZZ, Inc. (DBA “Zinc Insurance” and/or “Zinc”) is outlining its text message marketing service (SMS/MMS) in these Terms and Conditions. We are legally required to provide you with this notice under the TCPA and the CTIA.
These terms and conditions govern our Medicare text message marketing program (keyword “MEDICARE”) and our general text message marketing program (keyword “ZINC.”) Both programs use the short code 96742. By signing up for any of our text message marketing programs, you consent to receive automated promotional text messages from an autodialer to the phone number associated with your opt-in. No opt-in or opt-out is required as a condition of purchase.
1. To opt in, text the keyword “MEDICARE” and/or “ZINC” to 96742. You will receive a message confirming your intent to enroll in the respective program. Reply “AGREE” to that message to confirm your subscription. This is considered a “double opt-in” process. When opted-in, you will receive marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages include, but are not limited to, solicitation of insurance, company updates, special offers, service reminders, or other information. “MEDICARE” subscribers will only receive Medicare-related content.
2. By opting into the program, you confirm that you are the user of the phone number you opt-in with and that you are authorized to opt-in to our text messaging programs. You also confirm that you are over 18 years of age and agree that you will not initiate text messages to the mobile phone number of another person.
3. You can opt-out of these programs at any time. To opt out, text “STOPALL” to 96742. After you text “STOPALL” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in as described under section #1 and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “SUPPORT.”. Or, you can get help directly from us at www.zincinsurance.com/contact.
5. Compatible wireless carriers in our text messaging programs include, but may not be limited to, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible carriers may change at any time without notice.
6. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Each keyword in our program will send 2 or less messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
7. In compliance with the TCPA, text messages will only be delivered between the hours of 8am-9pm in your local time zone.
8. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy at https://www.zincinsurance.com/privacy-policy. You can also contact our office at www.zincinsurance.com/contact.
