Instead, the ACA requires insurers to cover you and yours, regardless of health status. And honestly, who doesn’t want to be sure of coverage? Irrespective of our side of the proverbial ‘fence,’ we can all agree: The freedom to switch employment and be guaranteed healthcare coverage is a distinct advantage.
